Cargo Trousers, I can’t get enough of them. I recently got myself a few pairs at Zara. They are so cool and also comfy. What I love about cargo trousers, is that they give your look a tough and edgy vibe but still look feminine and chic. You all know that I love pieces that are either balanced or contrasting. I like pieces that are, for example, really girly but made out of a more masculine material or designed in a more masculine shape. I’m also a sucker for an oversized boyfriend blazer in the girliest colour like hot pink If I don’t wear pieces that are contrasting like this, I love to create the contrast by styling masculine pieces with feminine pieces like the most adorable dress with a cute floral print and a pair of platform combat boots.

I not only search for contrast in outfits don’t get me wrong. I also love a balanced outfit that gives a clear message and represents my mood.

Cargo Trousers – A Fall Staple

Cargo trousers are a fall staple and also a popular this season. I have seen so many different colours, materials and prints. I also love how everyone styles them in a different way. The one I’m wearing in the photos is the one I got a Zara. I also got them in black. I love the colour of these trousers, and it matches my autumn wardrobe. They are a great example of contrasting pieces. The cargo trousers are more masculine while the colour makes it more girly and the material makes them chicer. I added my, all-time favourite white button shirt and a pair of white block heels. To add a darker colour for some more contrast, I wear my mom’s self-made bag from Studio Tilburg. I am going to steal this one more often because I love it.

As I said, you can buy cargo trousers in so many different colours, prints and materials cargo. I linked my favourite ones down below. If you want to recreate this look check out my ‘Shop the look page’.
