Pink pieces are my latest obsession. The girliest and most summery combination, in my opinion, is white and pink. That’s why I love this look. Sometimes I just want to feel girlie, and when I do, I wear a lot of pink or a dress.
We were going out to dinner, for my parents 25th wedding anniversary. It was pretty hot today, but it got colder in the evening. This is why I love layering my outfits, even during summer. I styled my absolute favourite pink blazer with some gorgeous white skinny jeans from Lili Sidonio – Molly Bracken. The jeans have amazing details around the waist. They close through a lace-up detail, and I’m obsessed.
To keep the blazer and the lace up detail of the jeans, the centrepieces of this outfit, I wanted to keep the other items more basic. My basics are almost always from Mooi! Company because they have the best basics there are. I’m wearing a piece from their latest summer collection, the strap top. This top is available in 3 different colours, and today I’m wearing the cream one. It’s perfect for layering but it’s also amazing to wear on its own.
To complete the look, I’m wearing some shell jewellery, a pair of yellow sunnies, some snake print loafers and the cutest pink bag.
The Pink Blazer
Let’s talk about my latest obsession again, pink pieces. I absolutely adore my new blazer from NastyGal. The material is soft, and the colour is gorgeous. I also love the stripe print and the fact that it’s a bit longer than a ‘normal’ blazer.
